Esteem Management Services Pte. Ltd. offers an efficient and professional confidential payroll service, using specialised staff and integrated computerised systems that are able to process large numbers of salary payments efficiently while ensuring the security and confidentiality of information.
This allows our customers to re-deploy their existing staff and resources, as there is no longer a need to hire and train permanent staff for this function. In addition, our payroll services provide them with the flexibility to disengage payroll functions.
We will be responsible for:

Processing monthly staff payrolls which incorporates adjustments for allowances, expense claims, loan deductions and CPF contributions

Coordinating with the CPF Board on employers’ registration, computation of CPF contributions and online payments via CPF Online

|
Generating payroll reports and payslips for employees
|
|
| • |
|
Arranging for direct salary deposits to individual employee bank accounts
|

|
Preparing and filing annual IR8A and IR8S/21 forms with the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore
|

|
Processing employee expense claims based on approved protocols
|
|
| • |
|
Tracking monetary benefits accruing to employees subject to compliance with the database of rules provided by our customers
